Will be responsible for the larger crew (6-8 members) and give proper instructions, identify potential problems and be able to relay to the crew, evaluate and maintain the highest standard of quality for our clients, work with our operation manager, and will be required to do snow removal. Minimum of three years of experience as a crew leader. Must have a valid PA identification with a clean record. Ability to operate a zero turn mower, weed whacker, backpack blower, and snow removal. Knowledge in property maintenance (mowing, trimming, plowing, and clean-ups) a must.
We are looking for a small engine repair mechanic to join our team. The position could be full-time or part-time depending upon potential employees’ needs. Pay is based on experience and could turn into a full-time, year-round position. Must be able to repair lawn maintenance equipment: small engine repair for items not limited too but could include Xmark mowers, walk behinds, Stihl and Echo blowers, weed whackers and hedge trimmers, etc. Having your own tools is a Plus! Deadline and detail-oriented.

May involve all aspects of plant management throughout the growing season with the flexibility to help others when needed. Will be in charge of (1) other person plus yourself. Will identify potential problems with plants and or shrubs. Manage all accounts with minor instructions. Able to apply weed control in the correct manner.
